Don't go through paypal they will deduct 4% for their service. It is a ripoff. I have sold an atv they deducted $300 of $7200.

be very careful of paypal not only will they add fees the process can take upto a week AND they buyer can do a charge back!!

You should pay off the loan yourself. Asking the buyer to pay off the loan and you is too complicated.

Took your advice, the buyer is wire transferring the whole amount and he is picking up car with a bill of sale stating that within twenty days I will supply title.
