Need help help figuring out what kind of headlight i have. There are no part numbers on either of my headlights and one of them is demolished and i need to purchase a new one but don't know which one i need. I know its a PRE-LCI (2005 525i) but dont know the options. I took a picture of the bottom when i removed the 2 ballast maybe somebody can determine which one i have. BTW its a Xenon Headlight. Thanks.... I am also looking for a driver side headlight same one if anyone happens to have one or know someone who has one.

Does the outer lens have "BMW Adaptive Xenon" engraved in the retaining ring?

 

What's wrong with your headlight? I've trying look for a broken headlight to experiment cutting on. Doesn't have to work or have any bulbs ballast.

 

It's crashed entire headlight is in pieces although the xenon survived all bulbs in tact all wiring in tact I was considering selling the whole xenon without the bulb... Where would the engraving be for adaptive. I just need to know if I'll have any complications using a headlight from the same year model but with different connector in the bottom where the ballast goes plugged in. Most headlights I see have the circle connector
