hey guys I'm a total clutz I don't really know how I didn't realize this could happen but today I went to go put back on my door trims on my car because I vinyl wrapped them and as I was fastening the trim back on to the door I guess I over turned and broke the plastic housing thats locks the screw in place. In total I damaged 2 different door trims with about 5 different screws I feel like a big idiot now I have no way to put back on the trim I was thinking maybe I could super glue the screw onto the back of the wood in the broken spots but I don't know how well that would hold any ides or suggestions on a good way to fix this

In the pic the top is one of the good screws and housing not damaged and on the bottom is one of the broken housing where the screw should be in

Ron, looking at it, it's hard to tell if it's broken off flush. If not, and there is still some vertical material maybe try to get you a piece of flat aluminum and bend it on two sides (u shaped) and then secure to two legs to the broken piece. If there is not enough, you might want to determine how the wood trim is secure to the carrier. If you can figure this out, you might be able to release it some how and then form a similar box as above and shoot a small screw in from the back side, then re-secure the wood to the carrier. There should be a couple layers here. The wood that is formed to a substrate and then this substrate is most like heat or vibration welded to the carrier. You may have to drill out the spots, just be careful and don't drill all the way through! to put it all back together a very strong 2k epoxy or jb weld should work. Yo know it will no longer be BMW quality, but Spedie quality!
