This got no love in the Dealer part of the forum so I'm reposting here:
As the title says. I'm looking for a BMW dealer in Los Angeles county with a great service department. I want them to look at an issue with my car that may or may not be covered under CPO and would like an honest assesment.
If anybody wants to know, I'm having the passenger restraint malfunction error and the airbag is disabled whenever someone over 120 lbs. sits in the front passenger seat. I found this SIB:
http://docs.google.c...7IuQLVl2QwNOcqg
I thought changing my dying battery would make the error go away but it's still there.
Thanks!

I picked Crevier, they aren't quite in LA County but they were very mod friendly and took care of everything they possibly could under warranty.
My SA was Joe West
Oh, and they give BMW loaners, which is a nice plus

hey there, had that same problem 2 weeks ago, pretty much you cant do anything with that you need to come in to dealership for that...i took mine to beverly hills bmw, which is closes to me, are you close to the west LA area? coz i would recomend them very good service and very spot on.. my sa gave me a 10% discount for the new sensor pads for the seat and of course labor can't do anything with that also and he even check if there was a recall on my ride.. but over all the experience was awesome.. pm me and i will give you the sa info.. thanks and good luck
Where is Bob Smith located?

I go to Crevier and have been pleased with their service thus far. They have about 300 loaner bmws in total and loan out about 150/day - huge fleet. I always ask for a 335i loaner if avaiable. Worked with SA - Dan Canfield several times.
Good luck man.
