iv been driving my mom's x5 since the past few days and iv noticed my 530 non sport suspension has a lot of body roll
so i was wondering would droping my car using H&R springs have any adverse effects without changing the stock shocks
also would spacers help?
or is there anything else i could do ?

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

The best thing to eliminate body roll will be to upgrade the Anti Roll Bars, especially the H&R ones. It will not have any adverse effect on the ride quality, either, but nicely take care of your roll through corners. Would be complemented nicely with H&R sport springs, which can be used without changing dampers.
The springs will make a change to the ride quality, though, but not too dramatic and I like it.

You will probably have ARB's anyway, you just change them for thicker ones. You could also use the M-sport or M5 ARB's, but although these get gradually thicker, they are still hollow, while the H&R ones are thicker again and solid.
Shouldn't affect your warranty as a whole and if they would want to exclude anything, they would have to prove your mod caused the fault.

Mine is still under original warranty, I have different springs, wheels etc. and warranty work gets done, no questions asked.

prices differ depending on in which part of the world you are.

The H&R ARB's e.g. in Germany are around 320,- Euro and the H&R Sport springs around 190,- Euro, I think. The ARB's come as a pair front and rear.
Installation for the springs cost me ? 150,- at an independent outfit. Not sure about the ARB's, but they might be a tad longer to install.
