Need feedback on purchase price of preowned 545

I am looking at a CPO 2004 545 with 15K miles.
Jet black
Black leather
Sport
Auto
Heads up display
Nav
xenon
Premium sound
BMW assist
adaptive light control
heated seats&wheel
I can buy this one for $44,900.
Can i do any better than this??

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat.
Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.
If the car is in good condition, and is clean title and vehicle history, then that's a good price.

You can try to do better, I suppose, but if you want it, you need to buy it. If I were trying to sell mine, which has same miles, no NAV and no HUD, I'd try to get as close to 50k as the market would bear. Keep in mind that the 2004 has more documented problems than the 2005 and 2006.

For context take a look at similar vehicles' asking prices on Yahoo! Autos.
As for what I've seen in person here in ATL, here are two:
-2004 545i sport, 12k miles, steptronic, black on black, heated seats, logic7, no nav, no hud, no BT: $49,000
-2005 545i sport, 15k miles, steptronic, black on black, heated seats, logic7, no nav, no hud: asking $54,000.

Sounds cheap to me with good miles, color, and equipment. I wouldn't take that for my 04 today. (But is also only has 6k miles). They are doing 43-44 all day long at the quality auctions. Sounds like a darn good buy, but I'd check the carfax, autocheck, and BMW warranty history.
