Navigation TTS Function

My Ride: '04 545i, Silver Gray-Black Dakota, Cold pkg, Prem. Sound, Sport pkg, Nav, Voice Activation
Does anyone know whether you can have the navigation system upgraded to include the Text-To-Speech (TTS) function? This allows the voice to use the street names in the command. For example, instead of saying "in 1000 feet turn right" it will say "in 1000 feet turn right onto Main Street". This function is available on many of the portable auto GPS systems. Thanks. ....Tim
