Hi guys, I've read a thread on the forum before mentioning doing multiple POI on the professional navigattion. I can't find it anymore. Anyone know where it is ? Thanks.

Hi!

Like having gas station, restaurants, and couple other POI categories appear on the map at the same time. I personally think the bird eye screen is too plain without the street name and with only a few POI icons.

What's the point of having that? The map isn't really there for aesthetics. Having POIs on clutters it anyway IMO although I agree with you that the bird's eye view is rather plain (which is one of two reasons why I never use it; the other is that it's not very useful).

Ah so you mean "seeing" multiple PO not "doing" multiple POI .. LOL i was really scratching my head.

Not sure if you can do this actually and personally wouldnt want the clutter on my screen.

Ref the birdseye view, I agree its awful. Had a SW upgrade done to my car a few months ago and this gave me the new flashy fancy silver i-drive and some nice extras in my sat nav (Prof Nav - 2004 model with 2005 DVD)...one of these extras was the nice 3D looking "perspective" view which I now use instead of birdseye.
