Cheers

Just enter the code instead of the city!

[/quote]Unfortunately, in the UK this method is not very useful.
The system only lets you use a "4 digit" system rather than the full 7 digit UK system. And given the density of most UK addresses, it sucks.
e.g. if your postcode is NG13 8FD, with BMW you can only enter NG13 8
which is often a long way from where you want to be.
However, this is probably down to the amount of information they have paid to license from Navtech rather than a s/w issue. There are of course full 7 digit postcide databases available - at a price!

And btw, i don't like such bad details on the E60.
But for driving , you need to be at BMW

4-yr/50,000-mi Limited Bumper-to-Bumper; 4-yr/50,000-mi Scheduled Maintenance; 4-yr/50,000-mi 24-hr Roadside Assistance; 6-yr/Unlimited-mi Limited Rust-Thru.
here is what bmw offers in the states:
4-yr/50,000-mi Limited Bumper-to-Bumper; 4-yr/50,000-mi Full Maintenance; 4-yr/50,000-mi 24-hr Roadside Assistance; 12-yr/Unlimited-mi Limited Rust-Thru.
BMW Full Maintenance. A whole different kind of fulfillment.
Maintenance is one of many hidden costs to consider when you?re looking at a car?s sticker price. For most cars, that is. Fortunately, BMW offers one of the most comprehensive maintenance programs in its class. Not that service is needed often, only every 15,000 miles or so. Just about anything your BMW might need replaced or serviced?brake pads, wiper blades, oil change, checkup?is fully covered for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.* Which will save you money and simplify your operating instructions considerably: Fill with gas. Point to horizon. Go.
Maintenance costs for 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever comes first:*
? Brake Pads: $0
? Brake Rotors: $0
? Engine Belts: $0
? Oil Changes: $0
? Wiper Blades: $0
? Inspections: $0
bmw offers full maintenance but jaguar only offers scheduled maintenance. theoretically, i do think you'll get more repair bills if you have a jag .

I live in Belgium
jaguars offers 3 years full garanty and assistance
BMW offers 1 year full garanty but you need to pay you're big checks always
Belgium is not US

Going off the topic a bit, but am I the only one who dosn't like Business sat nav?
I'm in the UK & find that it is not very direct with routing information. Almost every time I use it the system it does not use the most direct or quickest route, often taking a huge detour to keep me on a motorway when in hindsight I should have switched the thing off & used a map. TMC does not work on mine so it is not doing this to avoid any accidents etc. Route finder info from internet is far better..
Also a few times it has told me to turn into roads which have been changed to
one way over a year ago, I have the latest disc, I wonder how many accidents it has caused?
I think I'll skip this option next time unless it is greatly improved . If it is updated I'll ask for a proper demo before parting with a not inconsiderable sum...
