I thought I have read that there are going to be two different Navs available. Nav professional and Nav Business? Why does the U.S. price sheet not mention a difference?

In the US, only the Professional version will be available. If you get NAV in the US, you will get the large LCD screen (8"?). If you don't, you will get the 6.5" LCD screen for your i-drive.

I see, thanks for the info. Is this the one with voice recognition or is that another separate option?

Yes, NAV in the US comes with voice recognition. FWIW, HUD requires NAV, if you want HUD. Hope this helps.

Also, if you don't get Prof Nav you get the dreaded hole in the dash. The prof Nav has an additional in-dash DVD player that takes some extra room that does not leave enough space for the hole.
