My Ride: 2006 530I, Black Sapphire, Gray dakota leather, Cold Weather package, Premium package, Audio upgrade, Comfort seats, Rear heated seats
I just went out to the car, removed some panels from the trunk and located the TCU (I knew it was cause it said TCU on the side ) It had four wires connected to the top of it. The wires were all black in color but the connectors were color coded. They were white, black, purple and blue.
One of the installation guides I have says to disconnect the blue connector from the TCU and connect it to a blue female connector in the wire harness....I didnt see the female connector. Where does this wire go once disconnected from the TCU. Is it a reroute back to the front of car? It would be nice to have a schematic.

Yes, the wire go back to the front. If you have nav-prep, that wire is not connected to anything in the front. If you have nav, it'll connect to CCC.
