NAV Disc with Speed Cameras?

I know the new 2011 disc does have speed cameras but needs a firmware update before this disc will work so I'm considering 2010-1 or 2010-2 as this looks like it should work on mine (UK) but do these have speed camera database?
I have an OEM 2009-2 and it DOESN'T have speed cameras for UK. Will a downloaded 2010 DVD possible crash my iDrive or has everybody had no problems?

I popped in the new nav disc which I wont go into details on where I got it from, and it worked fine. Did not have to do any firmware updates or anything. Shows red light and speed camera icons on my map display

I can only say so far that the disc "works" as far as navigation goes. No traffic cameras or any significant traffic in my area to test that out yet. It did have all the roads for my one year old neighborhood which was nice.
