Short answer: anything's possible.

Long answer: if you want Pro Nav, order the car with Pro Nav. It is sometimes possible to retrofit, but it is very expensive, and depends on your market, vehicle options, vehicle model year, etc. To help us answer your questions, please update your profile and signature with your location, and, if applicable, your vehicle specifications.

Yes you can do that at your local dealer. Upgrading from a non sat nav car to a bmw pro nav costs here about 4300$.
