My Ride: On order 530D Platinum Bronze/Natural Brown Comfort seats,sunroof,PDC, Nav pro,Aux In,Xenons, Alarm, tinted glass.

I want the nav system to guide me from one motorway junction across country to a junction on another motorway. How can I input the relevant info? I considered inputting the overall route and then setting 'via' but it seems that motorway junction numbers are not recognised.
