N54 oil cooler gasket?

Hi guys i don't want to start opening stuff without any info.....
I have look everywhere for answer and found nothing.
#1 I have change before, but #2 i don't know if i will need a gasket.
I have a small leak from #2 and want to fix it.
Anyone???

#2 is the hard one that you need to take off the intake manifold I believe. And yes there is a gasket for that location. I changed my #1 and I believe my #2 is leaking.. I am going to probably change it when I get intakes walnut blasted...

Yeah if you remove your intake manifold it is easier to swap out the OFHG but I've heard of some people being able to do it without. Here's the realoem pic with part numbers.
