Maybe previous owner was driving in a state/province where radars are illegal and that was the kill switch for the detector. Good spot for it none the less..

that looks like a valet switch from an older model car alarm. I remember back in the day when I had a alarm on my acura the old alarm systems had valet that you toggle back and forth rather than how they are now with the key turns.

Does look like a toggle switch for those after market alarm just in case when you want to disable it or to enter the freaking code in order to by pass the ignition kill. This brings back memories.

Im gonna go with Stealth mode... makes vehicle completely camoflauge with the surroundings at 60mph+.

Probably a amplifier remote wire toggle switch. Used to shut off power to an amp with out popping the trunk.
