I found this switch underneath the steering wheel and I have no clue what it does.
Anyone have any ideas?

Judging by the placement, I'm guessing it's 'security' related. Not factory. Fuel or ignition cut-off?

That is a fuel efficiency switch. When you flip it, you will get 45 miles to the gallon.

It arms the missile system. Flip it, wait for the green light to come on...Then you're ready to fire(red button)!

only way to find out is to open that panel and follow the wires. Some after market accessory has been added by a previous owner.

It's probably a tracker switch for trackers that let you know where the car is if it's been stolen.
