Wifey and I have separate accounts as well. After we got married we didn't want to go thru the trouble of closing our accounts then changing exisitng ones with the new bank account info. We just went ahead and opened up a third account and use that for mutual bills like our mortgage, medical bills, etc. Stuff we buy for ourselves we use our separate accounts for...works out pretty well I think. All the accounts have both our names on them, so we can both access them with ease, or she access them all with ease 
I think that will work out pretty well.

o well... i still excited... the wheels i ordered yesterday... about 3 weeks before i get them.....
