Since 2006, the clutch is covered for normal wear and tear. Not for abuse aka riding it.

My Ride: My 5 and I met on Father's Day 2008 and have been together ever since. 20" Wheels (Make TBD), premium package, sport package, AiB V3 upgrade and a Passport Escort 8500 Radar Detector.

After what she did to the transmission (along with expense, patience etc.) I suspect she will Blow him!! At least she should!! Good Luck with the repairs ETC.!

You have a 2005 so it will never apply. Since 2006, the clutch is covered under the service agreement and not warranty.
