Welcome. You will have to take that back to Boone and let it run on Shull's Mill or Hwy 221 this summer.

321 up the mountain is not as fun anymore with the new lanes, but the top is a blast still in the e60

Welcome! Great choice I too would have bought a 535i without hesitation if I had more knowledge about BMW's when I bought mine . How about considering some Angle Eyes, and Tints, and maybe tint the tailights and go for a murdered out look?

Thanks for warm welcome everyone. Angel Eyes are definitely on the list and something I will do pretty soon. As soon as the car gets here to NC it's going to get about 25% all the way around to start the murdered out process. Since I don't have a chrome trim around the windows or brushed aluminum mirrors achieving the murdered out look will be a lot easier than it was in my Audi.

So, the $1,000,000 question is who's best, most affordable, and easiest to install for angel eyes? (yes I know how to use the search function I'm just ignoring it like a CEL)

Go through John@motorcepts he'll get you the best deal and the quality is phenomenal. you can install yourself if you have patience and a screwdriver.

Interesting, I went through a similar debate a few years ago but ended up with a 550! Can't really go wrong with a 5 series though. there is always somehting better though....I am researching the maserati quattroporte
