Front plate issue:
Hey, you should swing by your local BMW dealer, grab a fee cup of coffee, look at the new Bimmers...and just talk to a sales person or somebody in the shop. I'd ask them if they deliver new cars w/o the front plate, and what the experience has been like for their customers.
Again, my dealer told me that they do it frequently here in MO, and that the penalty isn't that bad, and that virtually nobody ever gets called on it.
But, things could be very different in MA....not sure how picky your local law enforcement is....

Just found out that I will be back home in two weeks for good (working out of town).....Received my M5 Front End over the weekend, heading to shop this week for paint and assembly. Next up is the brake / rotor package then the new wheels & tires....Maybe a headlight / foglight mod and I'll be finished towards the end of March. Will be posting stuff very shortly!
