Colejl,

Have you looked on Autotrader or BMWs used site? There are a few 535d sport ex-demonstrators for sale at well below list and with all the toys. It might just close the price gap for you. I think they're struggling saleswise with the 535d, you might be surprised at what they offer you.

I think they may be charging a premium for Titanium Grey......It's quite a rare colour and quite sought after.......Incidentally Merv, what made you want to gor Silver Grey after the Titanium Grey ?

Gudge - I've never been a big fan of TG plus on the Sport theres only a handful of colours to choose from and I don't have time to keep Carbon Black clean and not keen on the E60 silver. Silver grey IMHO is the colour

Colejl - go on you only live once

TonyE60 - They gave me ?26,700 and discounted the 535d by 6% or ?29,000 for the trade in and paid full price on the 535d. Either way it only cost me ?8,800 to change to a far superior car and spec.

Igor,

Silver Grey doesn't show the dirt as much as Titanium Grey. But then again I haven't done a 1,000 mile trip to Scotland in it yet!
My experience so far is that SG is going to be the easier colour.
