528i (US)
6M
Alpine white/black leather
Premium package
Sport package
Cold Weather package
Xenon/Adaptive headlights
L7 Premium stereo
Ipod/USB Adapter
And I'm having the M Aero kit installed at the port in New Jersey and an M lip spoiler installed at the dealer.

The waiting is torture, huh? I'm told I'm in production with an anticipated build date of March 9. You?
I think you need to debadge. It would look extremely silly (JMHO) that you have an M-kit on a 528i.

I plan on debadging but not because I'm worried that people like you think I look 'silly' (acutally, 'extremely silly'). I would debadge because I think it's a fresher, cleaner look. That's why I debadged my previous M3. As for the aero kit and looking 'extremely silly', do all those 525 and 520 M sports in Europe look 'extremely silly' to you too? I'd bet their owners would disagree. The LCI 528i has 0-60 times equal to or better (if 6M v. auto) than an '07 530i, and so I guess a 530i with an M aero looks 'extremely silly' too? Remember what our cars mean to us and choose your words carefully.

The answers to your questions are yes and yes. Like I said, it is my opinion only. I hope I did not offend anyone. Sorry, if you feels that way. BTW, I would not put a body kit on my 530.

I have just heard from my dealer - my LCI 535d is being made at this very moment. The body is being assembled.

I suppose that's probably 3 weeks to go!

My spec is:

Space Grey
Black leather
Bamboo Anthracite
Full electric seats
HUD
Prof Satnav
Lights package
Heated seats
Lumbar support
DAB
HIFi speakers
Fold in mirrors
Electric sunblind, and
Through seating.

I'll post some photos when it arrives.
Congrats on a superb choice! I am now wishing I had gone for HUD - it was a toss up between that and comfort seats. Will be very interested to hear your views on DAB.....
