But if you want to PM them, I expect you to have the same issue.
Very strange. Nothing to do with 'Parental Controls' I hope that prevent you from uploading or downloading files...
You could send them an email with the files of course. But it's better to sort out yr problem once and for all.

You clicked browse
Then selected the file you wanted to upload
Then clicked "Add this attachment"
Then clicked post after the attachemnrt had uploaded

??

I even haved tryed too change my avantar pict to another from my hard drive. Maybe i must delet this account and reg it from begining

I doubt deleting the account and starting over is going to work. At this time, even your avatar isn't uploaded correctly.

What specific error message or what specifically happens after you go through the process?

The picture you are loading might be too large. Can you go to the test forum and upload some small image? You can download just about any small image from the web if you don't have anything small...

Change you file format, the browser won't shows a BMP file.

*.bmp extension is bitmap format. Other popular ones are *.jpg or JPEG and *.gif. Most common on the Net is *.jpg. Most photo software gives you an option of the format for saving files.
