The Soft Close Doors are really good....... but maybe a little unnecessary
The dealer gave my broker a little more discount just before I signed up so I have an extra ?400 or so to spend on an option! Thought soft close might give it that extra quality feel.
I guess the only bit of negative feedback is that regardless of whether you close the door hard, or just push it gently the soft close door function tries to pull it in anyway, but hey, its still a great option.

It's Le Mans Blue, I actually changed it from Deep Sea Blue just before the car went into production.

Nice color combo . . . I could not agree more about the new iDrive - substantial improvement.
I don't think that soft close is an option we (in the US) have on our E60s - after you have more time in the car, it would be interesting to hear your opinion of it.
