I love the E39 M5, and E60 M5...
But the E90 M3... is like a slap to your face man....
Get a USED E90 M3... and you're the coolest guy around preferrably Alpinwei?

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

For $35K you should be able to get 2007 550 with around 30K Miles. Ligts and other options of 2008 add about $15K. Difficult to justify at least to me. Used 2008 535 + Dinan software maybe?

No CPO since the car will be covered by the original warranty. BTW, my car is 2007 550 with basic options only, you may be looking for better equipped cars, but additional options should not add more than $1-2K on a used car.

I had to swap out the wheels cause my other wheels, sadly were damaged by letting family drive it....
Apparently it costs something like $2gs to repair the wheels...
Anyways, i'm sorry to hear about your loss, i would be on a rampage as well.
