ok guys and gails.. nothing as for as an update.. no word from anyone... the cops dont have any leads bmw couldnt track the car.. the car is gone.. 
... im going to call bmw in a little while to see if anything came up.. i was out all nite looking for the car.. i was in bk queens statenisland.. i got home like 4am.. nothing... let me tell you this people that took this car planed this out very well.. no way this was just a joy ride kinda person.. this car had to be ordered to be stolen... i mean how many 530i`s are out there with smg tranny`s alpine white with alburn... i had every opiton except heads up and and that night vision crap... someone really wanted this car for them selfs.... what can i do i can keep being upset.. im just waiting for the word from my ins company... i only owed like 10g`s on my car so ill get a nice little check and go car shopping maybe... it will be another BMW.. there is no doubt in my mind that thats what im getting... nothing like it on the road....

Joe~ I guess it would be safe to assume that the car is gone and your insurance will start processing the claim. I feel for you... I had a car stolen once from a multi-story parking lot of a shopping center in downtown Seattle. I know how you feel. I hope that your insurance company pays you out a generous settlement, so that you can get yourself into another BMW.
Perhaps that red M3 you were thinking about?
