Well,
I was playing around with my camera and took a quick video on the autobahn, just driving from one exit to the next. it was more so i could get used to editing videos and whatnot, but thought some of yall might enjoy seeing the car at top speed.
the mods are just the RPI scoop/BMC filter. the drive was 10.7km (a little over 6 miles) and finished in a bit over 3 minutes.
a couple mistakes - for whatever reason i was thinking about 545i's and put that the engine was just a 4.4 instead of a 4.8. then, i put at one point that the speed was 240kph/140mph, in fact it was 230kph/140mph.
unfortunately, i still haven't gotten the limiter removed - the car is at around 5000 RPM in 5th gear at 155mph, so it definitely has roomto go faster.
i'm living in germany until early next year, so if you get a chance to come buy, you definitely want to try the autobahn...

Awesome vid - I rented the new 5er GT from Sixt and averaged 255kph from MUC to BER - but no V8. I would love to get my car on the autobahn. I will be in Berlin for 3 months starting soon - so maybe I will see what else I can rent.
Funny that these cars would bother to warn you about washer fluid at those speeds. Seems the computer should be able to discern what is actually necessary information when maxxing out.
