Update...
Love the car!
The iPod problem was caused by the mini stereo jack. The dealer exchanged it for another one and it works great now, as does the Logic 7. I can't say that Logic 7 is better than the Mark Levinson system in the Lexus I had, but I would say that it as good as the ML system. It is an excellent system. I'm using these settings:
100 (-2)
200 (0)
500 (0)
1K (+4)
2K (+3)
5K (+3)
10K (+5)
