100% tax in HK. Then registration goes by your engine capacity. Furthermore, accessories are taxed 100% as well should the car exceed a certain amount. They were asking HKD160,000 (80,000 +80,000) for the red leather seats I wanted. With that money I can buy a used e46 323i.
