Hello all,
Two months back I posted my nasty accident photos where I was rear ended by some idiot who was texting while driving. After two months of work and negotiations with Insurance Company, Wagner Certified Collision (BMW Certified) of Worcester, MA brought my car back into an excellent shape. Insurance company did not want to total the car so they agreed to pay for repairs at a BMW Certified Collision Center. It was a tough journey but worth it. Car is like new! Check the pictures, some of them are nasty :-).

I am sorry to hear but happy you are back in action. Last year I had a similar situation. I was rear ended by someone in pretty tight traffic and that rammed me into the car in front so had rear and front damage. I got cited to boot for rear ending the person in front of me. I had about 20k worth of damage and was so sad. My car was out for 3 months. The front is even more of a pain on these cars with the all aluminum glued front end, headlights etc. But took it to a really reputable repair shop and the car was as good as new. A year later it has driven and felt like new so it can be done! Just have to make sure you go to a reputable person.

Body shop is Wagner Certified Collision and is one of the few BMW Certified Collision Centers in the Northeast. It is owned by local BMW/Mercedes/Audi dealer (where I bought the car). The car has a regular title and not a rebuilt one. Damage was around $17,000 and change. The work done is amazing. All mechanical work was done at the BMW dealer bays with original parts. Body shop was nice enough to provide part receipts. Work done carries lifetime warranty if I am the owner of the car forever :-). No complains at all so far and I am very happy.
