Okay, seriously I don't understand how most of you guys seem to understand what he's saying...
I am getting a picture of how he wants to park his car somewhere, but not able to because someone else's is in the way. From the way it sounds, these spots aren't assigned, so it's not like it's his right to park in the spot that's blocked by this asshole neighbor.
I mean, there really isn't much to do but to find a different spot.
