Hi guys, this is my 545i I bought recently, yes the rims are 17inch and ugly and the front left headlight needs polishing, but other than that the car is very clean and I'm really happy with it. I'm not sure about the spoiler either, bought the car with it, having mixed feelings.

I agree, in due time

Now for my other baby... A 1987 Maserati Biturbo SI, needs a bit of work but she still looks like new.

Congrats on the car looks clean maybe start with the exterior mods such as the shadow line trim get rid of that chrome door trims and I'm almost sure that the left headlight just needs some polishing spoiler kinda tricky, I say just leave it! Good luck and keep us posted.. Enjoy!!

Thanks everyone... So I am interested in the shadowline trim also, is it a matter of paint? Or simply removing the chrome around the doors and replacing it with a black version? Also I would do the same for the grill.

Find a local independent shop that does shadow line trim, maybe a car tint place... What they do is they wrap the chrome with vinyl wrap which sticks on forever especially if done right it is waterproof.. I got mine done for 150 for all 4 doors.. U can paint it but it might take forever to do, depends on your preference, def do not go to dealer coz they will charge a lot for it...then get black kidney grills.. Check out trinityautosports.com they have good deals on the grills.. And also if you want to do the trim yourself go check out shadowtlinetrim.com
Good luck and have fun modding
