Without any info, I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's vandalism. Could have been a fight, someone could have been getting chased, I live in NYC and I've seen fights spill out into the street and people get slammed into cars, I've seen people jump onto cars being chased either by the police or other. people jump onto cars running from stray dogs, anything. Not trying to minimize it because this is way more than a footprint or a dent. But don't wish anything bad on anyone because you don't know what happened...someone could have been running for their life!
