I am sure however that the CD keeps spinning for about 5 mnutes.?? I have returned to a CD often to find it a track or two ahead of where I was last listening.

Did that happen in the changer or the dash?

Both I think. Also the old bug that when an incoming call comes in, volume is muted but the CD keeps spinning.

I still have to test the ring limit on the phone.? In the few calls I have made and received, I have had no complaints about voice quality and the sound is far clearer than before at my end.
Ring limit tested this morning. I no longer have a problem leaving messages.
I also briefly tested call waiting. I was able to toggle to the waiting call using the steering wheel button. But I think I lost the first call. This could have been because my phone was simultaneously paged. further testing is required.

I-drive boot up is still 10 secs after deep sleep,? but instant on within the first two stages of sleep.
This morning after a whole night of sleep, I-drive was up in less than 5 secs. Then after a brief 5 minute stop it took 10 secs to boot, so I do not see a pattern here as I perviously thought. Either way, the long waits are gone

I can verify that CIP 16.1 has partially enabled the call wait function. When you are on a call and you hear your phone beep, you can take the waiting call by depressing the steering wheel phone button. The problem is that you will be disconnected from the first party. You then see an icon that looks like a cell phone to the left of the signal strenghth bars. This, I think erroneously indicates a missed call. Go to missed calls and the icon goes away. The missed call shows the second call that you took. Can anyone with CIP 16.2 verify the same behavior?
