My Ride: 2006 Alpine White 550i, Auburn Int., AS, CA, SMG, Premium Sound, Sport Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, Fold Down Rear Seats, HUD, Navi, SIRIUS, M Body Kit
I ordered the 2006 550i a few weeks ago and its finally en-route... JUst wanted to know how long it takes when it finally is en route? I live in the NYC area if that helps. I practically got it fully loaded... Heads Up, Active Steering, SMG, Navi, Premium Sound, Sport Package, Comfort Access, Cold Weather Pkg, SIRIUS, and the M Body Kit!!!! Alpine White with Auburn Interior and Maple Anthracite wood. Can I get some love?

Thanx for the warm welcome... I just checked out the section on how to track your vehicle on the ship and its gonna be docking in NY on the 16th of Feb. As soon as I get it Im gonna get some picks up for sure!!! I feel like a little kid... Im all smiles since the day I ordered it.

You will LOVE the 550i - it's a blast.
Great color combo ... that will look stunning, especially with the M Kit.
It should take about 10-12 days from delivery at the port to get your car.
Don't worry, the wait won't kill you ... it just feels that way.

How cute, maybe our cars are on the same ship. I wonder if there friends???
My ships name is the Integrity!!!! I had checked the status of the ship about three days ago and it said it was due in NY on 2/12 and then yesturday it changed it to the 14th 
. It better not change again!!!! This wait is killing me. Your arrival should be a little sooner since you live in NY......lucky. Your car sounds awesome....good luck.

The port is in NJ, near the Holland Tunnel. Unless the VPC is backed up you'll get it very quickly after the ship docks.

Unless the VPC is backed up you'll get it very quickly after the ship docks.
Mine only has to come by train, but in EU we don't get the pleasure/tease (delete as appropriate) of being able to track it, although the dealer can.
We also have a special kind of torture, we register cars in the UK by date, using six monthly increments.
It will arrive week 8 I believe, but I can't have it until March 1st
I share the excitement, feel like a six year old on Christmas eve.
Hope it lives up to expectations.

Thanx guys... I dont think my ships name is on the Integrity... Its some Asian sounding name... I cant seem to log onto the website... maybe they are going overload with their servers. I promise to take many pics and post them over here.... I have seen many pics of the auburn interior online and they do the color no justice over the computer.... I sat in an auburn interior at the dealer and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I have had a black on black '03 X5 prior to this so going white/auburn is something I'm looking forward to.
