MY car dealer said MP3's don't work in 2006's???

My Ride: 535d M Sport, 2006, Carbon Black, 19" Alloys, Leather, Electric Htd Seats, Professional Nav, HUD, TV, Extd Lights, Adaptive Xenons, Logic7, 6 CD, High Beam Assist, Bluetooth Telematics
Just order my 535d (UK) for build in March 06. Dealer has told me it will have an aux input in the rear of the centre console as standard. No more crappy cassette or FM adaptors, woohoo !

My Ride: 2006 Mystic Blue 530i, beige/poplar wood interior, steptronic transmission, prem, sport, & sound pkgs, comfort seats, pdc, all weather mats, red reflectors, NAV, ACC, HUD, satellite radio, heated rear seats, rear sunshade, cold weather pkg, active steering
My car was undated to CIP 20.02 on Thursday, but I do not have MP3 playback. The service manager did not have a clue about MP3 playback, so I called another dealer. He was clueless as well! BMW NA was supposed to research whether my vehicle could play MP3's and call me back, but that has not happened either. I sent the SA the PDF document with the instructions for enabling MP3, but he has not called me back. What do I have to do to get MP3 playback?
