Thanks to everyone for helping with valuable information for finding correct parts for alcantara interior trim, M-166 wheels/ TPM sensors and especially picking the correct size tires. Finally I had these all assembled a couple of days ago...I ended up getting Michelin PS2: 245/40/19 at Front and 285/35/19 at Rear..Thanks to Cool Tones for really confirming the sizes. These works and look great - at least in my opinion.
I will post more pics in near future.

Great looking car.
Did you have to get your fenders rolled in the rear for those 285s?

Not to rain on your parade but unfortunately your tire sizes are incorrect. When I saw the picture it looked like the car was higher than it should be and then I realized the tires are why. You used 40 and 35 aspect ratios front to rear which increased the overall wheel diameter by 1" hence raising the entire car by half an inch. Your speedo is also going to read 4% too fast. You need to use 35 and 30 aspect ratios front to rear to keep the overall wheel diameter the same and the speedo in-check. So the correct tire sizes for 19" wheels are 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. I don't know if I can recommend 285 rear tires anymore as I think mine are causing me some issues which I think an alignment might fix but this is a story for another thread. The rims always look awesome though!

Thanks for the comments Lomag..BUT I am Not really concerned at all about the speedo reading being slightly off-as BMW speed gauges are not as accurate to start as I have noticed in all of my current AND previous BMW's before. The car height matter is a bit personal to me as on the other hand I do Not quite like to look of 275/30s on the rear anyway..( and don't worry your comments will Not cause to "rain on my parade". I believe in listning to everyone and doing what makes me happy...) so that is that...

On the technical side I think Lomag's point also mainly addresses the point of staying within BMW specifications. All direct/indirect technical performance limitations/specifications of your car are made around BMW's design parameters, raising your car's centre of gravity WILL surely have an effect, even minimal as it might be...
...it's your car however, and we respect that here !

Hi aR and welcome, your car is looking awesome
...another black beauty!!
Hi Andy
aR,
Are your 166's OEM (offset 12) wheels or replicas? (offset 20)
If they're OEM, are you sure there is no rubbing at front when they're at full turn?
You can check this practically, by rolling up one front only wheel on pavement and make full turn left and right, with a "heavy" passenger sitting on the checked wheel's side front seat.
I've already bought 275/35/19 W Potenzas RFTs for the rear wheels, but I'm not sure about the front ones.
I would like to mount 245/40/19 W Potenzas on them, as they are produced as RFTs also.
I have to decide till next summer
PS: 245/40/19 is 3.2% too slow, which that means that speedo is more accurate.
285/35/19 is 3.7% too slow
275/35/19 is 2.7% too slow
There is an unritten low that recommends not to be over 3% out of car's stock diameter specs, and also not over 1% difference front to rear.
Nick
