Do you guys in Canada have to keep insurance on the vehicle while its off the road during the winter months?
Cars off the road for fews month, usually good idea to cancel regular insurance, and get "storage insurance"
I keep my car insured all the time, rain, snow or sun Other cars insured, one car, sits in the warm garage 364 days of the year rofl

Regarding wood under my tires, my dealer told me to increase the psi in my tires to 50lbs (which I do) along with my trickle charger and a full tank of gas, I've had no problems with it so far

I also just put mine away until April also. I can't wait for April to come! I will be attending my first track day after she comes out and get an oil change and what not.
I will be thinking of you guys with the high powered engines tucked away for the winter while I'm out there chasing alien spaceships in the snow with my 525xi.

For long term storage, or even few months, people always say put wood underneath the tires? Or is that bs?

Why a full tank of gas? I put mine away with 1/4 tank of gas. I dont have a trickle charger but i start it up once a week and let i run for 10 min or so.
