I guess not, since they be will manufactured only in September this year in Dingolfing, Germany.

We are only in April, at least on the planet Tellus.

Need to be careful on the differences between European model years and US model years. Production for MY2010 in the US started in March 2009 though in Europe they are still MY2009 cars....

True and the new VIN style will start with those US spec MY10s

"17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): 2 minor changes take effect with the 2010 model year automobiles, pertaining to the entire automobile industry.

The 7th character is no longer a number, but a letter. The 7th character is the last of the 4 digits comprising the BMW AG model code. Instead of a "3" for most US models in the past, for 2010 this space will utilize the letter "C".

The 10th digit (model year identifier) will no longer be the same number as the last digit of the model year. The new format will utilize the letter "A" for model year 2010, then "B" for 2011, etc."

Cars become available in April.

Cool that something new became the "US MY '10"

The E60's last MY will be built in September '09 -> as the MY '10

The 2010 are in Port in the USA, but BMW won't release them for transit till more of the 09 sitting in lots are sold off. This includes cars ordered by customers. March09 build ( at least for USDM E60 and E90's) is the start month for MY 2010

There is a big thread over at bimmerfest about it.

It has been confirmed by several dealers too.

Also on Nav equipped E60's they get the new HD based Idrive and Nav,

then the aforementioned Super duper Sport package ( Mtech kit with sport package) as option on most E60's

Carbon Black available on all e60's not just 550's

There also are some other new color options ( red and a Blue I think)
