My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
MP3 and DVD playback feature maybe?

I agree with the sentiment. I especially purchased the professional radio as the UK price brouchure quoted this option as delivering MP3 capability. After burning about 10CDs I found out it clearly doesn't work.
I also have been thinking hard about the Sales of Goods Act in the UK given the price list and owners manual describe it in detail and its not working.

I would sign the campaign letter i love the car but i am relly dissapointed in all of the tauted convience features that dont work and seem not to be a priority and then to change the engine wow that really burns me up i woulod have loved the extra power, in the imortal words of M.C. I am waiting for the pay out from the reseller, Bilcentralen, where I bought the car. As it works the reseller is responsible to pay me the reimbursement. I have also been in contact with BMW, but the say this is between me and the reseller, they do not seem to care very much. But I am sure that the reseller will claim compensation from BMW for this...
If you are interrested I can give you the details and the case number with ARN, that you can use to make you claims towards you reseller. I guess that as this case already has a decission by ARN, that everyone can use it to make their claims in Sweden.

AFAIK
If you have an e60 with nav you even have "strg, alt and del"...
