Now, I have NAV Pro/6 CD changer, so should it work??

Can somebody PLEASE give a computer fool like me EXACT guidance on how to burn it?

Iceman I have an 05 that was born 11/04 I do not have nav nor do I have L7 stereo, but I do have sirus will there be (or is there for that matter) a software update that will let the radio's play MP3's? Or is the update only going to work for/on e90's w/nav? Also since I got this car used and don't know or think the person got any update's what version do you guys think I might have? and I tried to do a search what are the pro's (other than for the nav) for the updates w/each new software patch?

It looks like week 9 and later production can play MP3s right now (at least in the US).

I dont think you will be able to. I have a 11/04 build car w/out NAV but I do have L7. I just got my software updated so supposiedly 16.2 by the dealer and I wasted a CD trying... I cant play MP3s.

The thing is I think those of us with Pre MY06's have Business Radio which will not support MP3 capability. and those those with NAV or MY06 all have Pro Radio which will support MP3 either now or those with NAV in Sept with a new S/W update.

Sounds right, allthough the official word from BMW is, the standard radio is business and not pro.
But it looks like this has been changed with week 9. Cars built before week 9 definately have business radio if they don't have nav.
