When I turn into a right corner...the seat seems to have a little movement. Anybody else ever had a problem with it?

The dealer looked into to it (by pulling on the drivers seat ) and say they have to replace the fittings of the seat itself...

Same here. Just during breaking and acceleration. I hear a slight "knack" and the seat bottom moves a bit.

This is the same problem as highlighted by whiszmaster. Get the dealer to change the seat rail. You should be alright after that. I think this problem is as common as the "squeeky door". Must be some Quality Control problem at the source.

This sounds like a safety issue to me. I would position it as such, and contact BMWNA - you should get a quick resolution.
