My Ride: 2008 535i, 6spd mtx, Monaco Blue w/Beige interior. Sport, Preimum, Logic 7/HD/I-Pod/USB, Nav sys, rear sunshade, HUD, PDC, Split seats,
Just got around to calling my local BMW dealer about a recommendation of where to go for a new windshield. They won't recommed a third party and want to do it themselves...the charge qouted between $1400 and $1700 (plus tax) to replace it. They also tried insinuate that if a BMW dealer didn't do the work, my new car warranty might be affected?! :thumbsdown:
What a crock - sounds like BS to me....anyone in the SoCal (Thousand Oaks) area able to recommed a good (non BMW dealer) shop?
