My Ride: 2007 530i Silver Gray, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Premium Package, Sport Package (Bridgestone RFTs), Logic 7 Sound System, Nav System, Split Folding Rear Seats, Power Rear Sunshade, Park Distance Control.

Not to whine, but my car is two days old and I just noticed the weatherstripping around the moonroof seems overly dry and whitish in color, as though it were sunbaked or weather beated. Anyone else experience this so early in their car's life? Did it happen in transit to the dealer?

Is it nothing, or do E60 seals require sun/weather treatment I should be aware of?

Ya mines a little like that too... whats worse are the door seals... not the felt ones on top of the car but the rubber ones... they're all white! I tried to bring them back to life with 303 aerospace protectant but no can do... still looks dead... It feels fine... just looks dead. *shrugs*
