Hi Guys,

My car is orient blue and Im looking to replace my front bumper b/c there are several pits from the road/rocks popping up, I assume.

A fellow member has a monaco blue bumper for sale as he upgraded to the M style bumper. Does anyone know if these two colors are a close match? I assume they are not, but in looking at pictures, its hard to tell the difference.

Thanks!
Bill

I have an Orient Blue as well...and based on the pics in the above link it looks pretty damn close to the Monaco Blue, however, I am sure in person it isn't. I would definetly paint it.

May as well just keep mine and have them repainted...Mine arent even that bad, but when you look closely and feel the the front bumper, there are little pits. Also, when I wax it, some wax drys in the pits and accents them. Oh well, there are worse things happening in life!

Even if the colors are "close", it will ALWAYS be obvious that there was work done if they don't match exactly. You'll have to repaint!

I have a friend with an Orient Blue and I have the Monaco Blue... They may look like they are close in the pictures, however they are very different side by side...

You might want to consider this is an option to fix your bumper. I bought this but I haven't used it "yet"... so I'm not sure how easy it is to use.
