Dude I know was hit on the underside and it effed up some cooling pipes or something leading to the transmission....I would get the car checked out...

It's more than just the center jack point. It looks like the whole front axle support is bent to heck. Check this out. Good luck with the repairs. Hope the insurance will pick up the tab.

I had something similiar happen in the spring of last year. When I went to change the engine oil thats when the leaks started. I had to replace my engine oil pan and a number of seals total was over $3000, glad my insurance covered it. Oh and this wasn't at the stealership.

yup, make sure that front subframe isnt cracked
