Default missing bolt from engine block head?

Discovered this when I did my oil change. This bolt thread/hole is so the left of the filter housing. The last time there was work on this N52 engine (2007 E60) was to replace the noisy lifters. It was at the dealership.

thanks for any help or suggestions. I think this bolt has been missign since the last work was done for lifters - which was at least 5/6 months ago. I don't see any leak on that area or below.

thanks

That's where hook/eye bolt gets attached when the engine needs to be lifted up/out of the car.
