Miss my E60, but loving the E70

I got rid of my '09 528 in May with almost 8000 miles and got a X5 3.0i loaner -> Black Sapphire / Tobacco. It had about 5000 miles on it when i recieved it in May and im almost at 11,000 now. I have a X5 3.0i - Titanium Silver / Black on order for a early August delivery! My vehicle rep let me choose my loaner and i told her i wanted a black X5 and she was able to find me a low miler Black Sapphire which was in good shape
They are not really wanting us to order 5 series sedans - cause supposedly the demand isnt that high for them right now, plus the payment for the X5 is a lot less and since we make them at the plant in SC - we get them a lot quicker too.
I enjoy my X5 alot, but i miss my 5 at times especially since when i first got this truck it was gettin 16.2mpg. She's averaging about 19.7 now; so i cant complain!
Here is a pic of my old 528 and lots of pics of the X5 after i cleaned it today:.
Was almost black from all the brake dust
Im now a fan of Tobacco Leather
Heated Rear Seats
The CRAZY Comfort Access
Roof Tilted
Huge Roof
10,820 going strong - except the Check Engine light is still on
Heated Steering Wheel
Heads Up Display comes in handy with my heavy feet

Congrats. I love my E60 more than my E70, but the E70 is definitely growing on me. I think the hardest thing about driving the E70 is when some speed demon passes me on the highway and I wish I was in my other BMW.

Yeah i agree, the X5 will get up but it seems to have a lil time lapse compared to the 5.
