I have memory seats and two keys so it's taken me a while to realize that the mirrors do their own thing, unrelated to keys or memoryseat settings. I may park the car with mirror in perfect setting; only to return 5 mins later and when I check the drivers side mirror (occassionally also passenger side), it may be adjusted out to the extreme left. I then compensate, moving it back in place. Next time I'm away it then seems to remember the old setting + the compensation and now it is in all the way to the right! Drives me bonkers. No amount of resetting the memory seat will do any good. I've find a couple of threads on this in another forum and it seems the cure is either a replacement mirror motor or cleaning off the wire terminals. Personally I'd be inclined to think there should be some kind of software reboot that might do the trick so I hope to hear from you.

are you using the same key each time, becuase the Memory setting are key specific. I found that out when I ordered a new key and the radio setting were all default.

NO WAY! Thank you for saying that. Now I know why I kept having to re-program my radio presets when I was using different keys. I had no clue about that and it had me wondering.

I had the same issue. I turned off set mirrors after door unlock in the car settings and it stopped them. Also, I don't use the passenger mirror tilt on reverse.

Which specific menu item do you find that in, cause I can't seem to locate it.

I disabled the seat re-position in vehicle/tires settings on the main "i" page.

I have the same problem w/ my driver-side mirror (and, on occassion, steering wheel) and it's driving me nuts. I'm thinking maybe it's the battery going bad.

Michael.

There are memory settings for seat and door locks. Nothing on mirrors.
